Organisations

less resource. One solution to this dilemma is to encourage the
organisation to be more innovative and creative in its thinking and
processes.
This workshop
is about encouraging people to contribute creatively, finding new ways
to achieve goals and looking at problems in novel ways.

a fresh perspective. Your organisation will be equipped to challenge the
status quo, recognise opportunities and proactively encourage
collaboration.
The Venue
The next workshops take place at Edgbaston Golf Club
in Birmingham,
each day is 9.15am - 5.00pm: Lunch /refreshments provided.
The Costs
Subject
to your eligibility one place per organisation on this workshop is fully funded.
Note:
We run this course both for Commercial organisations and for the Not for
Profit sector and the two are kept deliberately separate. Whilst the course
content is essentially the same, we do vary the emphasis of the exercises to
cater for the differing requirements. Please ensure that you book onto the
correct version of this course.
