We provide first class training services that are personal, practical and useful in the real world.

All of our courses are based upon learning by experience and are written and delivered by people who have actually done the job.

All of your requirements are discussed with you individually before you book a place on one of our courses, you can't just click on a link and book a place.

We offer both public courses that are delivered in local hotels and golf clubs and bespoke training for your staff on your premises by arrangement.

These courses are NOT "chalk and talk" seminars, you will not find yourself in a large room with huge numbers of other people being lectured to with slides.

You WILL find yourself in a safe environment with a manageable number of people where your guided learning takes place in a friendly and mutually supportive atmosphere of interactive discussions, role playing sessions and practical workshops.

These courses are hard work and a lot of fun.
